The funds that we work with currently have approximately $350+ Billion Euro available
for immediate funding of projects that fit our criteria and areas of interest.
Our consulting fee is 8% of the total project. We are paid by the project, not by the funders.

Example – Rail Project ( est. $3.26 Billion US )
1, Project –
Offered by a developing country for a rail project in their country
Project is reviewed, normally less than 2 weeks.
2,Funding –
20% of the total costs should be contributed by the project originators
or from the World Bank
We can assist with a Bond separately to cover the 20% at additional costs
and approximately 80%+- from our funding sources.
The national bank of the developing country offers a bank guarantee for the project.
The normal funding is for 10 years, rates to be determined at time of negotiations
3, Implementation
Proper suppliers and builders are identified and contracted.
The project goes forward as a (BT) or a (BOT) Build & Transfer or a Build Operate Transfer
Once the terms are set and contracts are done projects move forward rapidly*

At this time the minimum project for our review in the United States of America is $1 billion
